Request account deletion

1. Email support from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “ProLab account deletion”.
2. Identify the account and company. Never send your password, verification code or payment card details. If you cannot access the registered email, explain this so support can arrange another identity check.
3. Support verifies your identity and handles account deletion. A request is not an immediate deletion. You will be informed of completion and of any records that must be retained.

This covers account access, profile data and other associated personal data that no longer need to be retained. Invoices, transaction records and records required for accounting, legal obligations or security may be retained for their applicable retention period; support will explain any exception. Uninstalling the app or disabling an account alone does not constitute deletion. Where Turkish commercial-record retention rules apply, relevant commercial and accounting records are retained for 10 years from the end of the relevant calendar year; a longer period applies only where a specific legal obligation or legal hold requires it. This exception does not apply to unrelated profile data.
